Rob Anders letter to Calgary West residents concerning the Liberal, NDP and Bloc Coalition.

Dear Constituents,

Less than two months ago, we had an election. Voters, exercising their democratic right, went to the Ballot box and chose a Conservative minority government led by Stephen Harper.

• The people of Canada rejected the idea of a Stephane Dion led government.
• The people of Canada rejected the idea of a Jack Layton led government.
• The people of Canada rejected the idea of a Gilles Duceppe led government.
  

Voters chose to put the Conservatives back in office with a clear and strengthened mandate, lead by Stephen Harper with more votes and more seats then before.

With less than two months since the return to power of the Conservative Party, the Liberals, NDP and Quebec separatists, have plotted to overrule the democratic choice of Canadians by forming a coalition lead by Stephane Dion, to replace the duly elected Conservative government of Stephen Harper.

This is not the choice Canadians exercised. This is not democratic.

I have, and will continue to fight for our democracy and democratic rights. Here’s what you can do to join me and all Canadians who care about the state of our Country’s democracy.

Please take the time to write, phone and email all the opposition leaders and voice your concerns. As well, contact the Governor Generals office and let her know that you do not wish to see a Liberal, Socialist and Separatist coalition govern Canada.

In addition to this, you can also print off the “Canadians for Democracy” petition and mail it to my constituency office. No postage is required.
